1. Our Commitment to Privacy.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) discloses the privacy practices for the Picabash.com Site and various related services (together referred to as the “Site”). Picabash, LLC, the provider of the Site (referred to as “us” or “we”), is committed to protecting your privacy online. Our Policy is designed to advise you about how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide.

You acknowledge that this Policy is part of our Site Terms of Use, and by accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this Site.

5. Disclaimer.

We may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide your personal information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose your information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

The community area of the Site, including forum and other discussion areas is for the benefit of our customers and Vendors. It is a public discussion and communication forum whereby content is generated by the Picabash community. By your participation in the community forum of the Site, you acknowledge that the information posted will be available in the public domain. From time to time, Picabash may review this content and may remove any content that Picabash, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate. We advise that you refrain from posting any personal information on the community forum.

 
8. Vendor Review System.

The Picabash Review System is a central repository for customers to rate and review our Vendors. Following the completion of your services through Picabash, our Vendors will remind you to provide a review. When you submit a review on the Site, we may make your review public on the Site and/or through our Vendors. When you provide a review for a Vendor on our Site, we may notify the Vendor that a review has been completed and that we are adding it to our review catalog.

 
9. Comments Submitted by Customers.

The Picabash Review System is a central repository foPicabash constantly seeks to improve the quality of the services we provide through the Site. We value your input and encourage you to help us expand and make improvements to the Site. If you have any comments on how Picabash can improve our services or operation of the Site, please submit them to support@picabash.com. All comments sent to Picabash will become the sole property of Picabash, who will own all rights, including intellectual property rights therein. Picabash shall be entitled to use the comments in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation or credit to you. By sending us comments, you waive and release us from all claims that we have used your ideas without permission.

 
10. Social Networking.

We maintain a presence on several social networking platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, and we also may incorporate some third party social networking features onto our Site or utilize third-party platforms to publish or manage the Site or portions thereof. Through these platforms and features, we receive some of your personal and site usage information. This Policy applies to that information. This Site does not provide services or sell products to children under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years of age to have our permission to use this Site. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information about visitors that are under 18 years of age.

If you terminate your account, your personal information cannot be recovered and you will have to create a new account to utilize Picabash services. To terminate your account, contact us at support@picabash.com. You may continue to receive email communications from us for a short period of time until we have updated all of our databases. After termination of your account, your personal information will remain in our archived database and records.
